redShift is made up of undergraduate students from Columbia and Barnard with a genuine interest in astronomy and who want to engage with other astronomy students, the department here at Columbia and the community at large. We welcome undergrads that are majoring in Astronomy/Astrophysics, other science disciplines, or people who simply have an interest in the subject.

Astro Department Events for Week of April 25, 2011

Events are winding down for this year. Last week's movie (Dark Side of Oz) on Low Plaza got moved to Lerner Cinema so that took away some of our steam. Stay tuned for a possible spontaneous Low Plaza Astronomy event this Friday evening if the weather is nice.
