For all you string theory fans you can try and brave this week's physics colloquium. For everyone else, I do recommend the outreach talk on Friday by Rene Ong. He is a renowned astrophysicist, a great speaker and he'll talk about how he and his team at UCLA observe in the gamma ray band using telescopes on the ground in Arizona.
